Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure our properties are available for other guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
More Than 60 Days Before Check-In
Full refund minus $100 USD administrative fee
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
30-60 Days Before Check-In
50% refund of total booking amount
50% of the booking amount will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In
No refund
The full booking amount will not be refunded if you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date.
No-Show
No refund of total booking amount
If you fail to arrive on your check-in date without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Booking Modifications
Modifications to your booking dates are subject to availability:
- A modification fee of $50 USD may apply
- Price differences for new dates must be paid
- Modifications within 14 days of check-in may not be possible
- All modifications must be requested in writing via email
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may occur:
- Medical emergencies: A refund may be considered with appropriate medical documentation
- Severe weather: Cancellations due to hurricanes or other extreme weather events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Travel restrictions: Cancellations due to government-imposed travel restrictions will be reviewed individually
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations.
