By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Booking Process
- 50% deposit required at booking
- Remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
- Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days: Full refund minus $100 USD
- 30-60 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
3. Property Rules
- No parties allowed
- No smoking inside properties
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
- Pets allowed only in designated properties
4. Included Services
